Create your own account, tied to your school.

Head coaches, school representatives and assistant coaches sign themselves up. You choose your school and role, and an admin confirms it before any school data opens up to you.

Runs your school program and submits crews to race officials.

School Representative

Manages your school roster and speaks for the school on race day.

Assistant Coach

Builds and edits crews for your school alongside the head coach.

    Set up your own email and password, or continue with Google, Microsoft or Apple.

    Choose head coach, school rep or assistant coach, then pick the school you work with.

    An admin approves you

    Once approved, your account is bound to that school only — coaches and reps never see another school’s data.

Your password is handled by the app's secure login — it is never stored in or shown to anyone in the race management system.
